Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow our applicable Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • For COD orders, we may verify the customer's phone number and delivery information before dispatch. Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be cancelled.
