  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier rider in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Online Payments: Customers may pay through available digital payment methods, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, and direct bank transfer.

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard payments may be accepted through our available secure payment gateway.

COD Terms & Conditions

  • Please keep the exact order amount in PKR ready when your parcel arrives to help ensure a smooth delivery.

  • Parcel Opening: Courier riders generally do not allow parcels to be opened before payment. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, incorrect, or different from your order, please accept the parcel and record a clear unboxing video immediately.

  • For any issue regarding a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact QUEST NEST Customer Support through our official support channel and provide the unboxing video and relevant order details.

  • Orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.

  • QUEST NEST reserves the right to cancel or restrict COD orders where necessary, including repeated refused or undelivered orders.
